2013 Greenfield Clay Courts Preservation
Benefit/Tournament
On June 15,
2013, the Greenfield Tennis Association will sponsor a special day of doubles
tennis. 100 per cent of the proceeds will go toward the continued
maintenance of the clay courts in Greenfield.
Men, women, juniors and
seniors- all are welcome to play in this fun single day event. You will enter as
a single person; your doubles partner will change throughout the day with each
round. We will be playing on the very clay courts we are striving to preserve
for our community- Beacon and Highland.
Arrive anytime before 8:45 AM at
Beacon Field courts for warmup. Team and court assignments will start at
9:00, and play will start by 9:15.
Entry fees are $20 for GTA members, $30
for non-members. Memberships will be on sale at the time of registration.
Please bring a new can of balls with you.
Lunch is being provided through the
continued generosity of Subway of Federal Street in Greenfield.
The tournament will be completed by early
afternoon, and prizes will be awarded.
